About Me
My name is Rehan Devaravar, and I am a senior mechanical engineering and experience design major at Northeastern University.

Throughout my college career I have had many opportunities to explore and apply my interests in product development, specifically in consumer electronics and hardware. In June of 2024, I completed my third co-op at Tesla Motors, where I worked as a mechanical design engineer on the Vehicle Interior Lighting team.

My third and final co-op was at Tesla Motors, where I worked as a mechanical design engineer supporting the Semi truck interior lighting program. There I designed optical and mechanical features for new lighting subsystems and validated performance with simulation data.
My third semester in Generate was as a tech lead, where I directed the mechanical development of a portable camera and computer system that tracks baseball pitches. During that role, I directed the concept design, engineering development, and prototype creation for all subsystems.
During my second co-op, I worked as a hardware engineer at Toast, where I was heavily involved with metal part design as well as Instron data collection and analysis for future hardware development.
During my first co-op, I worked as a mechanical engineer at Nuvera Fuel Cells, where I conducted FEA and CFD analyses on fuel cell components to assess manufacturing processes and product requirements.
